We are looking for the right Customer Service Rep for our newest Non Profit client. Do you have what it takes?
Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM, No weekend (Conferences and work trips will provide weeks notice)
Respond to customer's concerns and issues
Administrative responsibilities (emails, printing, accounting)
Communicate and coordinate conference calls and meetings
Use product knowledge with confidence and provide alternate solutions
Requirements: (Required vs Preferred)
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years experience in Customer Service, Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Doc/Drive)
