HR Business Partner – Coventry (On-Site)

About the RoleOur client, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Group HR team at their Global Commercial site in Coventry. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) that will play a key role in delivering HR transformation projects and supporting complex, EU-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR & Transformation

    • Lead HR transformation projects across multiple regions.
    • Support organisational design and development programmes.
    • Drive cultural alignment, engagement, and inclusion.
  • Global Mobility & Compliance

    • Manage global mobility programmes and visa processes.
    • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across jurisdictions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with senior leaders to advise on workforce planning and organisational change.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on HR priorities and employee engagement.
  • HR Delivery & Employee Lifecycle

    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward, learning and development, employee relations, and HR analytics.
    • Support managers in capability building and performance improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience leading complex HR programmes from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law across multiple countries.
  • Background in global, commercial, or automotive environments.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages desirable.
  • Degree in Business, HR, or related field; CIPD Chartered (or equivalent) preferred.
