Front Porch is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager for our retirement community in La Jolla. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of generalist experience including heavy recruiting, performance management, coaching and counseling, training and development, employee relations, safety and worker's comp, supporting 120+ employees. Must have a good understanding of labor and wage and hour law and proficiency with Excel. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus. Will be responsible for oversight of Payroll and Benefits, directly supervising one employee. Provides leadership and guidance to all levels of management and acts as an employee advocate.
