Dynamic Office Manager/EA required for a boutique investment company based in central London the role will be a circa 9 months - 1 year FTC.
The culture of the company is fast paced, collaborative and friendly - the Office Manager will look after anything pertaining to the office as well line managing a Team Assistant. Given the current climate the role will be initially remote based with the flexibility to go into the office on a weekly basis to check all is well. Although the focus of the role is predominately Office Management there will be an element of EA support for the Investor relations team. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate their experience as both an Office Manager and EA within a boutique finance environment.
October start. £50k-60k
*Manage all vendor relationships such as external IT, telecoms including reviewing
terms and invoices
*Act as first point of contact for landlord and health and safety auditors
*Prepare corporate services budget
*Lead and direct maintenance contractors
*Keep up to date and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations especially
relating to COVID
*Line manage 1 Team Assistant
*Diary and travel management for the Head of Investor Relations and Team
*Coordinating zoom and conference calls for the Head of Investor Relations and Head
The skills you need to bring:
*Office/facilities management experience essential, ideally from a boutique sized
financial services or corporate firm
*EA experience ideally from boutique sized financial services or corporate firm
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
*Advanced MS Office
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Flexible and resourceful in your approach to work
