We are Carolina Beverage Group, a premiere beverage co-packer for internationally renowned brands. We have been GROWING by leaps and bounds and are seeking passionate, motivated individuals ready to transition into our challenging and growing team! We are headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina with additional locations in Fort Worth, TX and Cold Spring, MN.

Position:  Production Inventory Analyst - 5:45 to 6:00, Days or Nights on a 2-2-3 schedule (*2 week-ends off per month*)

Job Summary:  This position will be monitoring campus-wide production ERP operations, ensuring production will continue to run smoothly within the Warehouse Management System.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Comply with direction according to SOP documentation 
    • Verify Production Order Bill of Materials before starting production runs
    • Verify sufficient on-hand inventory in consumption location for production orders
      1. Monitor consumption actively during production
    • Evaluate/address issues with finished goods LPN's that come off the line during Production Runs. This includes, but is not limited to: 
      1. Manual generation of LPNs, with consumption adjustments as needed
      2. Manual reversal of LPNs, with consumption adjustments as needed
      3. LPN quantity correction
      4. Step completion of Automatic RAF from ignition LPNs
      5. Printing and labeling pallets as needed
    • Resolve issues and escalate issues to AX Production Manager for resolution as needed
      1. To transition into a AX Production Manager role  
    • Assist Production with dunnage return processes as needed
    • Variance reporting of Raw Materials post production
    • Troubleshoot issues requiring additional consumption for Finished Goods Creation
    • Facilitate inter-departmental communication and training to improve processes
    • Once dunnage and variance are reported, notify Accounting of which Production orders are ready for invoicing to customer
    • Assess Raw Materials needs for upcoming Production Runs
    • Troubleshoot issues with missed scans on Raw Materials and Finished goods and resolve in timely manner so as not to negatively impact Production
    • Resolve Production related issues affecting other departmental operations
      1. Complete LPN put away work if process has been interupted
    • Performs all other duties as assigned or required by the manager/customer.
