We are currently looking for a talented Legal Advisor to join our Sheffield office to provide legal advice as part of our Free Legal Advice service.

About the role...
- Proactively capture all relevant information and provide general legal advice on a wide range of topics e.g., Family, disputes and consumer law.
- Provide Union members with advice, guidance, and support related to a range of legal issues or concerns and responding to calls, emails and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducting legal research.
- Producing written materials such as fact sheets which can be sent to Union members, confirming the advice given.
About you...
- Attention to detail to provide a high standard of client care to each client.
- Experience in giving legal advice, both over the phone and email would be essential.
- Motivation for keeping abreast of key changes in the law and have an ability to share knowledge proactively with other colleagues.
- Be able to show empathy and understanding, providing a professional legal service with a personal touch.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft package e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook.
