Permanent Contracts Manager
Main Contractor that under take New Build and Refurbishment projects for a prominent Retailer are looking to employ a Permanent Contracts Manager to over see projects between Bristol and London, up to Oxford and down to the coast.
 
Must have previous experience and knowledge of working in the retail sector and taking projects out of the ground.
 
Strong client facing skills, able to manage 2 - 3 projects concurrently, depending on size, complexity and stage.  Someone that can chase up Design and information, liaise with local authorities, utility companies etc. to ensure the projects can progress.  
 
Must possess strong IT skills and able to programme using MS Project / ASTA.
 
The successful individual must possess a Can Do attitude.  Reporting directly into a Director, you will be onboarded properly to understand paperwork, reporting and processes and be introduced to clients, shadow other Contracts Managers.
