Job Title: SMSTS Qualified Site Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SMSTS-qualified Site Managers to join our clients growing construction team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise all on-site activities from start to completion

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff

* Monitor project progress and report to senior management

* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards

* Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and reports

* Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally

* Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site procedures

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

* CSCS card (Black/Gold preferred)

* First Aid qualification (desirable)
