Multi skilled Engineer
Monday - Friday Double Days shift
Salary - £47,000-£50,000

The multi skilled engineer will assist the Engineering shift Manager with the effective and efficient maintenance and operation of plant, machinery and services.

Key responsibilities
* Carry out preventative maintenance activities according to schedule.
* Identify and diagnose technical issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including reports and records.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Skills required
* A recognised apprenticeship followed by experience leading a team of Multi skilled engineers.
* Experience of good manufacturing practices and modern manufacturing techniques and implementation of systems and procedures for improved manufacturing performance.
* Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding skills.
* PLC fault finding would be advantageous.
