You’ll work within the project BIM team to deliver co-ordinated and engineered multi-service solutions across plant spaces and distribution.Responsibilities

• Produce fully co-ordinated 3D models and single service drawings
• Clash detection and quality checking
• Incorporate comments into 2D/3D environments
• Attend site meetings and raise technical queries
• Mentor junior team members and carry out site surveys

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health services
• Proficient in Revit, CAD and Navis
• Solid understanding of BIM, structural/architectural drawings, and build process
• Experience in service co-ordination or design/modelling 
• Ability to resolve technical issues and communicate with clients/design teams
