Service Coordinator

An excellent opportunity offering a very competitive salary has arisen with our Client, based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester. Our client is a successful, well know Manufacturing Service company who supply Cradles Gantries to their clients for working at height on high rise office buildings and shopping centres. They are looking to employ an experienced Service Coordinator on a permanent basis, based at their office on the Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent as soon as possible.

Job Description – Service Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to schedule and coordinate work required for clients in order to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a highly intelligent individual with a great deal of common sense who has excellent computer skills including a good knowledge an understanding of different computer systems. You must have a high level of experience in dealing professionally with clients customers, an excellent telephone manner, excellent administration skills a high level of experience in dealing with invoices. You must be confident be able to work alone without being “micro managed”

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Scheduling work for clients using their Clik computer software
• Client liaison
• Invoicing and purchase orders
• Programming scheduling
• Implement new job sheets
• Prepare client correspondence
• Ensure all administrative operations duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Person Specification

You will have a working knowledge within a similar role and be able to execute operational tasks in a timely manner.
You will be able to adapt to different paces in the office and be able to communicate well with clients and colleagues alike.

You will be working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm
Salary in the region of £20000.00 - £24000.00 per annum (depending on experience)
