Zenith People are pleased to be working with our client who are a Manufacturer based in County Durham and are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Technician on a permanent basis.

Based in the Quality Assurance Department, and working in a “hands on” capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and products meet regulatory standards. You'll help manage and maintain the Quality Management System and play a key part in product release, equipment compliance, and internal auditing. Duties include but are no limited to:-

* Issue and control SOPs, forms, and logs

* Support change controls

* Assist with audits, and quality improvements

* Maintain database records

* Review batch documentation

* Prepare Certificates of Analysis

* Support validation, calibration, and temperature mapping

* Maintain HVAC/stability

* Monitor compliance/conduct inspections

* Prepare and send samples externally

* Log, investigate product complaints

* Support staff training and induction

* Minute Taking

Essential Requirements

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Previous experience working in the position of Quality Technician

* Team player with excellent communication skills

* Proficient in maths and written/spoken English
