Position: Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to join our welcoming team at our private dental practice.

Pay:£12.50-£14.50 per hour

Hours:Full-timeMonday - Friday

Start Date:As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm, friendly manner

• Manage appointments and the front desk efficiently

• Coordinate treatment plans and explain finance options

• Support patients through their treatment journey

• Liaise with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dental reception experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A caring, professional, and proactive attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with dental software
