Estimator - Civil Engineering
Location: Kent (Office-based, 5 days/week)
Salary: £90k to £100k + package

You'll play a key role in a successful bid team, supporting high-value infrastructure projects across the South East.
What you'll be up to
* Develop cost estimates from early concept to detailed design stages
* Prepare scope of works, materials, and subcontractor pricing
* Lead estimating strategies and present to senior stakeholders
* Support value-engineering and risk identification during tenders
* Work on tenders from first principles and attend client meetings
* Present at internal bid reviews and client presentations
Project Types
Section 278 works, bulk earthworks, deep drainage, infrastructure, surfacing, roads, hard/soft landscaping.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an estimator in civils/infrastructure
* Strong knowledge of pricing from first principles
* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
* Must be office-based in Kent (no remote work)
