The organisation is investing in new technology, strengthening its operational capability and now seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead a key facility through its next phase of development.The Role:This is a very exciting opportunity to uptake a newly created role where you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, leading a small workforce across several process lines. The focus is on safe and efficient output, strong people leadership and driving continuous improvement. The role is fast-paced and varied, requiring someone comfortable managing shifting priorities, supporting new technologies and shaping site performance.About You:This role is ideal for an experienced Operations/Site Manager or a very capable Production/Shift Manager ready to step up.You will have:

• A strong background in manufacturing, engineering, heavy industry or similar operational environments
• Strong people manager with a practical “on the ground” leadership approach
• Confident running multi-activity operations and coordinating daily workflows
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable with change
• Passionate about safety, standards and improving ways of working
