Registered Manager - Specialist Support Service

Location: Carmarthenshire
Salary: £50,000 + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced leader ready to make a real impact? We're seeking a Registered Manager to lead a specialist service supporting children and young people with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, mental health challenges, and SEND. Many of the individuals we support have experienced trauma and are in care or transitioning from hospital settings.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

Managing a large team (currently ~80 staff, growing to 94) and driving cultural change.
Delivering person-centred care in a structured supported living environment.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practice.
Leading from the front to unify the team and improve service delivery.
Working closely with senior leaders and a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - essential.
3-4 years' experience in a similar role within children's or complex needs services.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Proven ability to manage change and improve team culture.
Full UK driving licence.
