Mental Health Nurse
Salary: £39,000 – £41,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Rotation of day and night shifts

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their multidisciplinary team at a beautiful, purpose-built hospital that specialises in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, eating disorders, and CAMHS.

The Mental Health Nurse will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care and support, working collaboratively with patients, families, and clinical colleagues. This role operates on a rotation of day and night shifts to ensure continuity of care across the service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in a mental health setting is essential
• Previous experience in mental health, eating disorders, or CAMHS is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A calm, empathetic, and patient-centred approach
• Strong clinical judgement and the ability to respond effectively in challenging situations
