?? Key Responsibilities: - ???�? Manage and supervise a group of young children in an early years setting
- �? Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- ??? Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- ??? Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- ?? Support children’s social, emotional, and educational needs
- ?? Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and contribute to a positive team culture
?? What We’re Looking For: - ? Level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- ?? Proven experience in an early years setting
- ??? Excellent communication skills in English
- ?? A warm, caring, and professional approach to childcare
- ?? A proactive attitude and a genuine love for working with children
- ?? Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
