About Us

Join a dynamic and professional team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a high-end property portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards

The Role

As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties, leading a team of in-house engineers and coordinating with contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and allocate tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and deliver maintenance schedules across all properties
  • Liaise with internal departments to organise maintenance works
  • Keep the Maintenance & Installations Manager updated on progress and issues
  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance queries
  • Approve and manage orders for parts, equipment, and contractor services
  • Maintain stock levels of parts and ensure availability of backup supplies
  • Carry out and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on support when required
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
  • Provide team cover during absences and participate in on-call/standby rota
  • Complete any additional duties within the scope of the role

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional who has:

  • Extensive experience in building/property maintenance
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and maintenance best practices
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to produce clear reports and maintenance plans
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
