Lettings Portfolio Manager - Remote (Yorkshire)
Location: Remote - Yorkshire and the North East
Salary: £35,000 per year + mileage

About the role

Excellent opportunity to work as a Lettings Portfolio Manager overseeing a private portfolio of around 300 residential rental properties across Yorkshire and the North East.
 
This is primarily a home-based role offering flexibility and autonomy, with 1-2 days per week spent on the road carrying out viewings, inspections and inventories.
 
No branch hours, no Saturday rota!
 
This role is ideal for someone looking to move away from traditional high-street estate agency into a more flexible, portfolio-focused position.
 
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lettings process from enquiry to tenant move-in
Conduct rental valuations and advise on pricing strategy
Oversee property marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket
Coordinate viewings and applicant follow-ups
Ensure compliance with UK lettings legislation including deposit protection, Right to Rent and required tenancy documentation
Maintain records using property systems such as Reapit
Monitor rent levels, void periods and lettings performance 
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience
Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a car 
Desirable:

ARLA / Propertymark qualification or experience using Reapit, Inventory Hive, OpenRent or PayProp
