Branch Manager – Driving & Industrial Recruitment | Hertfordshire | £40,000 - £70.000

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our thriving Driving & Industrial division in Hertfordshire – a high-demand market with huge potential and an established client base. If you’re commercially driven, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the branch’s performance, growth, and team development. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front – managing client relationships, driving new business, and supporting your consultants to succeed.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Driving & Industrial business
• Develop and execute growth strategies for temporary and permanent recruitment
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters and support staff
• Manage key client accounts and develop new business across the Hertfordshire region
• Ensure compliance, service excellence, and high fulfilment standards – particularly in fast-paced logistics and warehousing environments

• Proven experience in recruitment – ideally in driving, industrial, logistics, or similar high-volume sectors
• Previous experience in a team leader or branch management role
• Strong leadership and motivational skills – a true team player
• Commercially sharp with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
• Knowledge of Hertfordshire and surrounding markets is a real advantage
