Robert Half are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity backed healthcare organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Operating a large and expanding network of sites across the UK, the business has experienced significant growth since its establishment in 2014 and now operates 80+ locations nationwide, with further expansion planned over the next 12 months.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with Regional Directors and operational leadership teams, providing financial insight and commercial support across a portfolio of 30-40 sites.

This is a highly visible role within the business, requiring someone comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, travelling to sites and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the Finance Business Partner to Regional Directors, supporting operational and financial decision-making

• Delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis across your region

• Providing clear and actionable commercial insight to operational stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency across the site network

• Conducting regular site visits to build relationships with practice leadership teams

• Supporting business growth initiatives, strategic projects and operational improvements

• Preparing financial modelling and performance reporting to support senior leadership decision-making

The role will involve regular travel across the UK to support a portfolio of 30-40 sites, working closely with operational teams on the ground.

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations and influencing business performance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Proven multi-site experience (e.g. retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure or similar sectors)

• Strong Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance experience

• Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to influence senior operational stakeholders

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK

• £65,000 base salary

• £5,000 car allowance
