This role comes with family-friendly hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with alternative weekends and no evenings – giving you a great work-life balance while leading a fun, energetic team.

As our Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of everything that happens each day. From keeping the catering running smoothly to making sure little visitors have a safe and enjoyable time, you’ll guide your team with energy, care and a playful spirit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a friendly catering and play-area team
• Making sure the catering runs efficiently, including stock, sales and team schedules
• Keeping everyone safe with strong health, safety and food hygiene standards
• Supporting your team with training, development and ongoing guidance
• Using guest feedback to make our menus, products and experiences even better
• Helping with seasonal events, parties and busy days
• Handling guest questions and concerns in a friendly, confident way

Who They’re Looking For:

• Experience leading a team in catering, food service, or a similar environment
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching, supporting and inspiring others
• Someone organised and confident who can manage a busy environment with a smile
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
• Positive, adaptable, and approachable, with a genuine love for creating great experiences for families
• Experience in visitor attractions or leisure environments is a bonus, but not essential.
