⏰ Hours: Full-time - Minimum 35 hours per week

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking dedicated Youth Workers to support children and young people with diverse needs, helping them build confidence, life skills, and brighter futures.

Your Role 👐

Provide person-centred support to young people in line with their individual needs and goals.

Assist with daily living skills, education, and recreational activities.

*

Support young people in developing independence, self-esteem, and positive relationships.

*

Promote safety, inclusion, and wellbeing at all times.

*

Work in partnership with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.

What We're Looking For ✅

A genuine passion for working with children and young people.

*

Experience in youth work, education, or care (preferred but not essential - training provided).

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

*

Valid Enhanced DBS (essential).
