An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. Alice Rose is currently recruiting a Shift Engineer with Electrical Bias to be based in a large commercial property located on Baker Street, London.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Shift Engineer Key duties & Responsibilities:

* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution

* Emergency lighting

* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

* Chillers - Re-set

* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings.

* General building fabric

* Monitor mechanical plant.

* Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Shift Engineer Hours of Work:

* 4on, 4off

* 07:00 to 19:00

Shift Engineer Requirements:

* Electrically - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.

* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3

* City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias

* A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance

* Installation experience

* Overtime available

* 20 days annual leave + BH

* Company Pension
