Sales Consultant x2 | New Homes
Salary: Up to £33,650 | OTE: £55,000
Location: Highworth, Swindon

We're looking for two motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join a well-established, double-manned new homes development in the Highworth area of Swindon.

If you're passionate about new homes sales and love guiding buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives - from first enquiry right through to exchange - this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

Based in the Marketing Suite and Show Homes, you'll be the face of the development and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Managing reservations through to exchange
* Maintaining regular, proactive contact with purchasers throughout their journey
* Conducting pre-completion inspections
* Ensuring the site is always presented immaculately
* Supporting the Sales Manager with pricing strategy

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 1 year's new homes sales experience (essential)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, flexible and reliable
* Available to work 9:45am-5:00pm, including weekends
