What would I be doing day to day?

  • Updating and maintaining all files
  • Taking minutes in HR meetings
  • HR system administration
  • Calendar management and room booking
  • Ad hoc administrative and project support
  • Managing job advertisement process
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Relationship management
  • Conducting telephone interviews / preparing shortlists

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • A basic knowledge of HR
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is advantageous
  • First class verbal and written skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
