• Working in an SEMH Secondary School centred around providing exceptional learning for all
• Providing support to teachers and pupils
• Leading 1:1 and small group sessions dedicated to assisting children with SEN/SEMH needs
• Upholding the school's core values

The Ideal Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant

• A Uni Grad or those with strong A-Levels
• Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
• A good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
