JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime
Our client based in Slough are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their business on a permanent full time basis. Your job will be to investigate customer claims.
**Key responsibilities -**
- Monitoring respective Locations and Accounts to ensure that all claims are processed within specified timescales.
- Liaising internally with all locations
- Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
- Determining liability within the Company's Terms and Conditions of Carriage to ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims.
- Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
- Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
- To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
**Skills required -**
- Good organisational skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Good standard of written English
- Good telephone communications
- Team player with ability to remain focused on task
- Ability to work under pressure
- 1-2 years in a relevant role
