This opportunity is based in a purpose-built nursery in Croydon, offering spacious rooms, sensory areas, and secure outdoor spaces that support confident, independent learning.
The nursery takes a nurturing approach, blending Reggio Emilia and Forest School principles to create an environment where children are supported to explore, develop, and thrive at their own pace. We are looking for a strong Nursery Manager with a proven track record of delivering positive Ofsted outcomes and maintaining high standards.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager role
- Strong track record of achieving and maintaining good or outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
- Confident leadership and organisational skills
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery and maintain high operational standards
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Manage, support, and develop nursery staff performance
- Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure readiness for inspection
- Build strong relationships with parents and support positive outcomes for children
