Job Title: Customer Service Executive with European Languages

A new permanent position has become available for a Customer Service Executive with European Languages.

This position is based in central Reading for a world leading organisation in the distribution of software components and software development tools, with an established customer base in more than 170 countries. They are now expanding their European Sales and Customer Service teams.

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive with European Languages

LOCATION: Central Reading
SALARY: £24,000 - £30,000 + performance bonus

The Customer Service Executive with European Languages will possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and in one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work under pressure accurately and with high attention to detail
- Previous Customer service or Account Management experience in a similar role in an IT company advantageous but not essential
- Competency in another foreign language advantageous but not essential
- Education: A-level qualification (or equivalent) minimum

As a Customer Service Executive with European Languages you will be responsible for the following:
- Advising customers on software product licensing, prices, paym
