We are currently recruiting for a Senior Hr Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a permanent basis. 

Summary of the Senior Hr Administrator role 

Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent - term time only
Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities of the Senior Hr Administrator

Answer staff queries on pay and HR matters.
Assist with recruitment and termination of staff, including creating job adverts, arranging interviews and administering contracts and reviews.
Ensure important documentation, such as business insurance, is up to date.
Arrange disciplinary and grievance meetings, as well as other confidential meetings.
Prepare documentation for audits.
Monitor employee DBS dates and ensure appropriate action is taken regarding renewals.
Requirements for a successful Senior Hr Administrator

Qualified CIPD level 3 or qualified by experience.
Previous HR Administration experience.
Experience working within the Education or Public Sector in an HR capacity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
High attention to detail.
Well organised.
