A supportive and inclusive special needs school in Southcote is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis from January 2026. The school provides tailored support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex learning difficulties. Staff work collaboratively to create a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEND
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Help children access learning opportunities both in and outside the classroom
• Contribute to a safe, positive, and inspiring school environment
