Business Analyst - BMC Helix
Initial 9-month Contract Role
£450 - £650, Inside IR35
Remote with infrequent travel to London

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong ITSM experience to support service modelling and Business Services implementation. The role focuses on mapping services to underlying applications and infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Coordinate stakeholder reviews and manage sign-off processes
Support the creation of detailed requirements documentation
Develop and maintain federated runbooks outlining ways of working between Application Engineering and Infrastructure & Operations
Capture business requirements for reporting and insight generation
Work with structured data sets, including building and managing load sheets
Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a large enterprise environment
Experience with BMC Helix / Remedy (highly desirable)
Strong experience in data modelling and requirements gathering
