Corporate Solicitor - Managing Associate 

Bristol 

This is a newly created role at a legal 100 firm in Bristol who have grown its corporate team over the past few years and actively seeking an ambitious lawyer at Managing Associate level who has aspirations for Partnership. 

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, investment rounds, restructurings and exits

• Working with owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial companies and larger corporates

• Taking an active role in business development, profile raising and client relationship management

About You

• Qualified corporate solicitor 

• Confident managing matters and leading teams

• Commercially minded, client-focused and interested in developing long-term relationships
