Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial Bid/Spec projects through to completion

o Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word and excel
o Ability to juggle several tasks at the same time and maintain accuracy
o Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
o Good time management, organization and communication skills
o Solid mathematical ability
o High level of detail orientation
o Ability to meet deadlines
o Good follow up and follow through skills
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
