This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in personal insolvency to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of bankruptcy files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own portfolio of bankruptcy cases.
• Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing reports and statutory documentation.
• Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines.
• Supporting the wider insolvency team as required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working within personal insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Location: Manchester
