We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team committed to providing high-quality education and personalised support to every child.

Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs
Support the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
Foster a safe, stimulating and encouraging learning environment
Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carersRequirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential
