We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager with experience in residential construction. In this role, you will oversee contract negotiations and management, valuations and variations etc. to ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

My client specialises in residential extensions, refurbishments and new builds ranging for approx £400k to around £4m. Areas covered are the Home Counties, North/South West London and surrounding area.

* Manage all aspects of contract administration from negotiation to execution.

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

* Collaborate with project managers to align contract terms with project goals.

* Monitor project progress and address any contractual issues that arise.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on contract terms.

* Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

* Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

* Own transport
