We're on the hunt for a talented Client Relationship Manager to join a vibrant and ambitious team. You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, driving upsell opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of valued B2B clients.

* Build lasting relationships via phone and email, responding to queries and solving issues quickly and professionally.

* Use your upselling skills to recommend additional products and services that genuinely benefit the customer.

* Manage complaints with care, providing fast, effective resolutions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

* At least 1 year in a client-facing sales or account management role.

* Demonstrated success managing business accounts and delivering upsell results.

* Clear, confident, and persuasive—both spoken and written.

* A positive, proactive approach and a passion for collaboration.
