Owen Daniels is excited to be working with a growing precision engineering company in Aldershot. As a business, they primarily supply to the Aerospace and Automotive sectors. They are looking a Finishing Shop Operator to join the team. • Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling training will be provided to cover all areas including fettling, polishing, part marking, etc.
• Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order.
• Be able to work at a high level of quality control to avoid inspection returns.
• Work in accordance to the quality system and processes of the company.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to the company’s health and safety requirements and complete training as required.

• Relevant experience gained in a similar industry
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally production-based) that can be noisy
• A desire to learn a new skill and develop within a successful company
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience of working within a small team
