An exciting and innovative start up is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join them from next weekfor 2 weeks. The role will be remote and has the possibility of being extended if all goes well.

As Customer Service Assistant you will enjoy helping people and solving problems. This role requires an individual who has just the right mix of empathy and technical knowledge. Your duties will include:
- Day-to-day customer support via live chat, helpdesk tickets, community forums and if required, one-on-one video calls.
- Track and analysis of customer support data.
- Produce weekly performance reports for management with quantitative feedback.
Location: Remote (so you must have a laptop or PC at home)Hours: 10am – 6pm/mon-fri Hourly Rate: £12-£13 dependant on experience Start date: Week commencing October 5th (exact date to be confirmed)
