Description

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organising and coordinating high-level meetings and events.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.Profile

A successful EA to Managing Director should have:

Proven experience in a similar executive support role in a corporate environment. This could also suit someone wanting to step up and learn as long as you have the right attitude.
Educated to degree level
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
