Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a Fabricator/ Welder to their team on a permanent basis. You'll be based in South Aberdeen.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday (40 hours)

Salary: £38K - £42K with 1.5x overtime

Daily Duties -

Carry out TIG, ARC, and MIG welding and fabrication repairs on stainless steel equipment
Maintenance and repairs including metal forming/bending, drilling and tapping, cutting and grinding
Create fabrication drawings, including solutions or improvements to equipment
Ensure all repairs and improvement projects are completed and reported to Supervisor
Assist with routine PPM when assigned and take part in reactive work as part of the wider engineering team (training will be provided)
Keep steel stores / consumables stocked and replenishedCandidate Requirements -

Time-served with experience carrying out TIG, MIG or ARC welding techniques
Experience carrying out welding/fabrication repairing to stainless steel equipment
