We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a utilities company in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate Mechanical & Electrical production teams.

Plan and manage resources, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.

Champion Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.

Implement continuous improvement and lean practices.

Develop departmental plans, metrics, and staff training.

Drive quality improvements with a “right first time” approach.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a customer-focused production environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes.

Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.

Proven Health & Safety awareness and IT proficiency.
