Loom Talent are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to work as a Process & Performance Specialist - Logistics Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving warehouse efficiency, strengthening quality processes and supporting business growth.

As Process & Performance Specialist - Logistics Operations, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations

  • Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective optimisation solutions

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure performance targets and system efficiency are achieved

  • Support storage, shipping and receiving operations, resolving complex issues through root-cause analysis

  • Act as ERP superuser, supporting system improvements, testing and IT-related projects

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen quality controls and ensure compliance

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, advising on timelines, risks, capacity planning and scalability to support business growth

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and automation initiatives

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a proactive individual looking to develop a career in Continuous Improvement and Project Management. Idea requirement will include:

  • 2-5 years' experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution
  • An interest in Project Management and expereince taking the lead on CI from previous roles
  • Previous use of ERP & WMS and exposure to improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and data interpretation abilities

  • A bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or similar area
