Job Title: Bodyshop Supervisor
Salary: £48,148.84 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Bridgwater

About the Role:
Our client, a leading name in the UK automotive industry, is looking for an experienced and hands-on Bodyshop Supervisor to join their team in Bridgwater.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the Vehicle Enhancement Team to achieve daily production targets.

* Perform quality control checks and ensure all customer KPIs are met.

* Provide hands-on assistance with prepping, paint spraying, and polishing vehicles.

* Coach and mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement.

* Support with inspection, workflow management, and performance optimisation.

* Maintain high standards of repair and compliance with health & safety guidelines.

* Preferred but not essential: experience in strip & fit and panel beating.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong all-round bodyshop experience, including paint, prep, and polish.

* Strong team leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume bodyshop.

* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

* Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* A full UK driving licence is essential.
