SALARY: 28000 - 32000

Role Purpose:- Activation led role establishing and developing relationships with key Scottish decision makers within Cash & Carry, Delivered Wholesale End Users, Independent retailers and Regional Accounts.
Achieve agreed annual business targets at Net Sales, Gross Margin and Volume by product and category group.
Execute regionally National Account strategies agreed by the account managers at head office level Find and develop new regional business opportunities within agreed sectors aligned with national approach.
Support business initiatives via consumer and retailer shopper mission execution.
Manage regional trade spend within defined limits (directed by NAC) with eventual budget responsibility within regional accounts for below the line advertising spend, P&L responsibility and promotional evaluations Monitor and report Customer and Competitor activity Manage communication with Key Internal stakeholders – Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category, Supply chain and Field Teams Key Responsibilities:- Deliver agreed criteria measured by annual budgets across volume, revenue, Trade spend and profit within agreed regional accounts Achieve objectives for each MSO account within the JBP of the National Account and with agreement of the NAC Engage with customers National Sales Teams on a regional level to increase brand awareness Push Internal Field Team to develop greater distribution into independent retailers Support national marketing campaigns with execution at customer and retailer level Be a Food to Go (F2G) expert and drive for Kepak Brands to be No 1 F2G brand for retailers Search out Award Winning retailers and build our brand within their stores Interact and develop business within Top Cash & Carry depots to provide accurate forecasting and reporting back to the business Implement the promotional and New Product Development plans within regional accounts.
Support National Joint Business Plans within all regional managed accounts and drive customer commitment to execution with support of Account Manager.
Ensure all day to day internal and external administration is completed in full and on time Education & Experience: Degree in Business related discipline / Relevant Educational Background At least 2 years relevant work experience I year in a relevant sales role IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Financially Literate Full Driving License
