Supply Teacher – Grimsby

Location: Grimsby & surrounding areas

Job Type: Temporary (Monday–Friday, flexible)

Pay:£130–£180 per day (depending on experience and assignment)

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable supply teacher to work across primary schools in the Grimsby area. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact in multiple school settings.

You’ll cover planned and unplanned absences, deliver engaging lessons, and support learners with their daily progress, all this whilst maintaining a great work life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working Monday–Friday, with flexible daily supply with long-term bookings available
• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school behaviour policies
• Providing an engaging and positive learning environment for all pupils
• Supporting students in their academic and emotional development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in UK schools
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
