We first opened our doors at St Paul’s, London in November 2022, and have further added arcades in Birmingham, as well as in the US in Boston & Washington D.C. Whether you’re a racing fan or not, this is a social gaming experience like no other.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team at our London HQ!

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive:

• Managing a high volume of inbound enquiries from start to finish.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and increase guest satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journey.
• Ensure guests receive the ultimate Formula One® experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirements.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate corporate or social events, building rapport and creating professional long-lasting relationships
• Build an excellent relationship with the Operations team who you will be working closely with daily.
• Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and upselling a every opportunity.
• Previous experience in working to KPI’s in a high volume environment.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

· Sales experience within hospitality, ideally in a B2B setting.

· Excellent time management and organisational skills, with an outstanding ability to build rapport with clients.

· Good working knowledge of using CRM and booking systems (Collins).

· A background in developing corporate client relationships at senior management level.
